Probably because you don't need them as often as you need the others. Just equip a weapon with ability distil or try stealing as Rikku.

or use the ability "distil ability" I don't remember who has it. or should have it.

i never use distillers.. just find an area with lots of enemies that drop it and hang out there for a sec... u dont need that many i just go thru the game and fight when i have to and im usually good on all spheres
