I would give everyone from Lindblum London accents, because Lindblum sounds like London and it sorta reminds me off it.
And everyone from Alexandria would have American accents because of the whole world domination thing.
I would give Burmecia Northen Europian accents, like Swedish ones or something.
Those dwarf people could have scottish accents.
And Dali could have Welsh accents and Treno could have really dodgy Mexican accents.

Unlike some people, they care about an original games credibility. If people thought about this, they would know a movie wouldn't work. Wouldnt mind a remake, there was some things I could not see clearly in FFIX..like certain characters.

Two were enough... IMO both of them were very bad. Spirits Within had literally nothing to do with FF, and Advent Children did nothing to add to the excellent original storyline of FF 7, it was just a poor excuse to ressurect Sephiroth, wrapped in ripped-off action movie stereotypes.

So I don't want any actors because I only want a movie that actually is enjoyable, and it is already obvious that Square isn't capable of that. They can make good games, but not good movies.
