Um, capture like 1 (or was it 4) of each dragon.
Or steal from the Fallen Monks in Zanarkand Dome.
Leave some shards under the belly
Lay some grease inside my hand
It's a sentimental jury
And the makings of a good plan
the fallen monks in zanarkand give me candles and holy waters? do i need to have master theif?
Steal from fallen monks - Purifying Salt is a rare item steal. i.e. you have a 25% chance of getting it
If you have the accessory - Master Thief (30 Pendulum) that lets you steal only rare items it is a cinch

You can steal it from Abadon in the Monster Arena. It isn't a rare steal like those fallen Monks or Hornet of the Monster Arena.
You can get 99 for catching 4 of every dragons
