It was so awsome! We had these sticks, and all you do is burn a match and put it on the stick and then the stick sparkles. Plus we had plenty of rockets XD

You know where the most spectacular fireworks display is at? Disneyland. It's SPECTACULAR. Really. It'll blow your mind, and then make you cry.

I turned my DS on around 11:55 to see the fireworks in Animal Crossing. I was impressed.

    And yes, I'm being serious.

I've lived in major cities all my life but the best fireworks display I ever saw was in little ol' Rotorua, where they had fireworks that turned into massive pictures in the sky, like stars and hearts and so on.

Anyway, what you didn't know, Spartan, is that they were going to spend 33% more on the fireworks but that money instead went to third world countries because they figured that you were right, they should give quarter to third would countries.

Everything is relative. I think people damning the spending of money on festivities are silly. They even do that in the third world.

Hating New Years Eve? What a waste of energy.

People seem to forget that when people spend money it doesn't evaporate. It goes to other people. Spending it is better than hanging onto it.

I love new years because its a day that everyone in the world no matter what religion can celebrate, unless you're part of some kind of anti-calender cult, not that theres anything wrong with that (cult is for lack of a better word) So i really think spending alot of money on new years is okay if you considering all that money people spend on "Christmas" etc . And if you're Chinese, or generally have Chinese background or possibly part of other certain Asian countries you celebrate it twice a year which rocks

It was fun to watch They had it pretty much timed with the music, though they were a little off here and there...

But oh well. It's impressive that they managed to get it timed as well as they did XD

I live in South Carolina and they light them for it here. I was annoyed. Very. My dog freaks out at loud sounds so he was trying to climb on tables and climb up on the walls.

    Originality is good, kids.
