Xbox 360 is nothing to me. Psp because I have one. lol!! XD
I prefer console over handheld, plus it's going to have the Mistwalker games, so 360.
It's not really fair to compare the two, since they're in completely different markets. Not to mention that both are so early in their lifespans that neither has a properly library of games yet.
That said, I think the 360 had more potential, so I'd go for that.

If I had to pick, its the PSP, my home consoles will forever be a Sony product, and Xbox 360 aint handheld, so Ill keep my PSP...

I'm not voting on this one mainly because the two consoles serve different markets and purposes, enough to make them harder to compare directly. And I haven't owned either system so I can't quite make an informed decision.
I also like consoles better then a hand held but I personally think of the PSP as a soldier against the Xbox 360 wearing it down until the PS3 comes out and gives it a fair punch in the gut, where the Xbox franchise falls...
It's like comparing apples to much smaller more portable apples.

Again they both serve different purposes. PSP doesn't have the specs like 360 has mainly because its smaller and its a handheld. It'd cost so much money to make parts small enough and and have the specs like the 360 has. 360 is a console and therefore doesn't really need to be put up againts a handheld.
PSP: Has a lot of great sports games out for it. Not so much RPG's or action, etc...
360: Only good games I can think of are the action fighting game: DoA, and that one shooting game perfect dark zero.
But thew fact remains that the 360 has the better specs overall.
Again both of these systems will go to different audiences. PSP international. 360 mostly mainstream america.
Everyday I wish that I could be the one, for you...

360 has more of interest to me. Gears of War. Too Human. Mistwalker's Blue Dragon and Lost Odyssey. And of course BioWare's Mass Effect.
It's like a nut...that you can play with outside!
