However, I have read a lot on the matter, and now understand how Roxas uses one.
Well, I am guessing their's aren't magic like Mickey' or Sora's, but more as regular weapons.

Sora is the master, and the rest just weild keyblades from what I understand.
And, Roxas has one because (SPOILER)he is Sora's other half.
Sora, Riku, Roxas, Mickey Mouse, Kairi... Who's next?
And it looks as if Kairi's got a lot of flower power. Don't blame her at all; she's a girly girl.

(SPOILER)Kairi does fight with her keyblade, albeit briefly.
So far as I can tell, the following people have keyblades:
Roxas has two, Sora has one or you could possibly say he has two because of the Drive, although he has to merge with Goofy to do that.
Riku has one keyblade that I've seen, which closely resembles the sword he initially carried.
Kairi has a keyblade.
Mickey has a keyblade (and is really really darn good with it).
Riku was the original chosen one, Sora. When he went dark, the weapon chose you instead. You are THE MAIN master of the keyblade, but you aren't the only one who is worthy of at least wielding one. Roxas is part of you, so he can also wield a keyblade. Riku was originally the rightful master, but he went dark Now he is half dark and half light, so he gets a different keyblade. The one he held in the first KH was a completely dark keyblade. This new keyblade that he has is half and half, just like himself. Mickey is a king who rules over a kingdom, so he gets to wield his own keyblade as well. As for your girlfriend Kairi, well... she was a princess of heart, and now, she gets to wield a keyblade. Besides, there has to be at least one girl who can wield a keyblade, so be glad it's Kairi.
Now, you said that your keyblade rules above all the rest except Mickey's right? Well, here's how I picture the powers of all five keyblades in order, from least powerful to most powerful:
Kairi, Riku, Roxas, Sora, Mickey.
There. You are second only to Mickey, as you yourself had stated.

Didn't Kingdom Hearts II come out already? There are already FAQS for it on gamefaqs.

Riku can wield a keyblade because he was the Keyblade master, he just fell into darkness. I believe Kairi can wield a keyblade because of her heart being with Sora, it's like she kind of has a piece of him with her because of their connection. Maybe the keyblade recognizes that and lets her use it or something. I think we all know how Roxas can use a keyblade. And I have no idea why Mickey can use one.
I like Bond of Flame quite a bit. Still like the Oathkeeper the best though.
Mickey can use one cause he is a badass
