The hint about that one of it's Guardians hides in a forest is referring to the 8 Dragons that you must defeat in the World of Ruin, so that you can gain the Crusader Esper.

Correct the bit about it being a HOAX is that the are referring to Brachosaur which is NOT one of the 8 dragons.
The parts about the fiery destruction were in reference to the medieval CRUSADES, but that wasnt even necessary for the answer to be achieved.
And as for the last line it is referring to when Gestahl attempts to use MERTON to kill Kefka and Fails. Thus my power was unable to kill the prime evil.

I dont think that the thread died per say. Sometimes it does have these times where no1 posts anything.
If about three or four days (or when i check the thread) and no1s posted anything then i go head and start a riddle 2 get the flow going again
