Terra looks really slutty in it. And blonde.

In the FF6 cinema's on the Ps, Terra is Blonde, That was Amano's depiction on Terra, I am guessing in the game her hair was green to make it not look so Celes' like.. If they would have done Amanos's character Depictions instead of what the characters actually look like in the games.. tifa would be blonde and in Red, Rinoa would be blonde and in Red, Garnet would be Blonde... pretty much people would be blonde. xD

I'm an Amano fan, too, but I don't like that all of his characters are albino. Oh, well.

I still think a remake that could capture the atmosphere of FF VI in full 3-D would be amazing.

Well.. He does Traditional Japanese style, so they won't have much color and watercolors are tough to get hard color with..
I wouldn't mind a remake either.. Just as long as -NOTHING- changes. The exact same game, just 3-D.. I played it when it was FF3 on the SNES so I kinda have mixed feelings about any remake. x x;

They don't need to do anything to FFVI...a sequel...mmm...no. What they need to do is hurry up and release it on the gba. But that's just me.

somehow i think a 3D remake wont work but if they keep the graphics the same and dont make the storyline as bad as FFX-2 it may be good.

What would be the point of a remake if they just kept it exactly the same? That's not a remake. That's a port.

they mean like redesign the graphics so that it's done with the ps2/ps3 (?) regardless, it won't happen, unfortunately.

my brother and i have had this discussion many times, about ff6 and xenogears. i recently bought a copy of Vagrant Story and it made it into the conversation as well.

i think it would be an amazing idea to give the game to us again with today's graphical capability. BUT: the summon animations don't need to be a friggin HOUR long like some of the new ones are (new=ff7 and up.) i have the little ps2 that doesn't have the fan so i can't afford to spend all that time looking at the set-up for a spell, no matter how pretty. if i leave it on for 5 hours i can make breakfast on it.

i'm up in the air about if they should give them voices if they DID remanufacture the game (which again, i'm sure they won't.) one thing i think has the potential to be the coolest thing ever is if they took the story and made it into an anime, done the same way the new Appleseed movie was done, the live action 3D anime style. it would allow for insane effects and amazing architecture without making it look like the fmvs on Anthology. hopefully someone out there has seen the new appleseed and can elaborate on how i've tried to describe it. it's 2.a.m. where i live so my brain is hardly functioning well at all.

well, it's how it was described. the characters look like anime, but they're all motion captured. the backgrounds are CG. it makes sense if you've seen it.
