    Kuja by far.

    But Braska's final Aeon had awesome final battle music, but he wasn't really a main villain.

    Yeah. Kuja was pretty awesome. Or should I say he was pretty and awesome? xD

    I much prefer villians like Kuja who go into extended monologues of evilness over those that just pwn crap. Although Kuja managed to do a bit of pwning too

    Kadaj was an awesome villian too. Nice hair. Nice sword. Nice voice. Nice personality.

    Kefka was an overly big villain. To me, he did too much, and it put me off ( and I generally have a soft spot for villains ). He didn't like a good enough villain to me. I didn't really know anything about his past in the game, which sucked. Nothing really came to light.

    Sephiroth is my favourite villain. Probably had the best villain's story, a tragic one, then all the others out there.

    Dycedarg. He's way more evil than any of the standard pansy FF villains. Just because Tactics doesn't have a number doesn't mean it isn't better.
