FFVII: Either Neibelheim or Kalm. (although, I'd really like to be near Costa Del Sol)
FFVIII: Timber or Winhill
FFIX: Lindblum or Alexandria. Probably Alexandria - I like the city, but Lindblum just seems too busy.
FFX: Luca or Besaid. Luca, just for the entertainment factor, but Besaid for the beach!
