Ever been to a lighthouse?

Lighthouse.

I've never been or even seen a lighthouse before. I would really like to see one someday, I know it sounds stupid but I just have this fantasy about seein' one. So what about you? Ever been or seen a lighthouse before?

No. I haven't been to a lighthouse. But you mentioning it makes me want to go to one as well.

I've been to a couple and they are pretty cool. There's one in this small town by Daytona called Ponce Inlet. It used to be small Spanish military outpost. They still have some of the cannons.

I'm definitely going to look one up (there must be one here in Denmark) there are no lighthouses in the Philippines -- well, I haven't come across one yet.

A lighthouse is probably just the kind of thing that seems nice, but isn't actually all that great when you actually go there.

It is in the summer, viewing the sea from the top of it and giving random ships the finger always is fun.

No I haven't been to one, I've always thought of lighthouses of kind of "spooky", but I would like to go in one still

My Dad took me to one when I was little. He hyped it up a lot pn the car journey but it basically turned out to be a light on a stick

I was expecting a massive red and white thing.

I've been to the Tybee Island lighthouse in Savannah, GA. My mom is a fanatic about them and has travelled all over the US to see them. Most recently she went to the one at Point Reyes, CA.
