Firstly, Matt Bellamy is a decent musician. He writes and plays good music and, as said, Muse are a brilliant live band. If anyone deserves to show off, it's ol' Matty.
Secondly, 'he's the absorbed one'? That couldn't be further from some sort of truth-like object. He barely talks. In all three of Muse's albums, there has only been two pictures of the band (one backing Showbiz, and another black and white, scrumpled picture inside Absolution). That all says diddly-squat about their music, but it must show that they're not arrogant showy idiots, pasting their faces everywhere (unlike Greenday).
So... that statement is a little confused. Billy Joe is up his own tiny arse.
