Ribbon?

I successfully completed Final Fantasy 7 my first time threw and i was over joyed by it, so i started a new game but my friend who is an avid FF fan like myself (now) told me i should equp a "the ribbon" on Cloud.

I told him i never had it on my first game and i wasn't sure where to get it from. He kind'a just laughed and told me to equip it next time.

I? just wondered if someone could give me a direction to where i can obtain it? I wondered if it was in the bone village? Because i honestly do not know.

I'll try the morph, should be simple enough really. Is there any other way to get a ribbon, or is that the one and only method?

It's hard! Master Tonberries can't be sensed and they have over 9999 hp

i am sure it is hard buti trained all my chracters up to there max last time and ill make sure to do the same this time, even though Masters Ton's seem to be a bit more difficult i am sure ill defeat them.

There are two ribbons you can obtain as treasure...

1) Go into the room labeled V in the Temple of the Ancients
2) There is a hidden room in the cave at Gaea's Cliff

You can obtain more ribbons by morphing a...

1) Ho-Chu
2) Master Tonberry

An easy way to morph a creature is by equipping Yuffie with her ultimate weapon - the Conformer and giving her the morph materia.

to morph master tonberry,use 4xcut first on it.make sure each hit deals 9999 damage.then use a conformer's morph (or some other strong morph.my barret deals about 6000+ damage with his morph).master tonberry becomes a ribbon.

i.e does he counter attack with Everyone's Grudge, is this move independent of his changing position?

Everyone's Grudge is partially independent of a Master Tonberry's movement. Specifically, the ability is used as a counterattack against the second attack since the Master Tonberry's previous turn. In other words, you can attack once with impunity after its turn; however, the next attack within that turn will elicit Everyone's Grudge in response.
