Speed Run?
I haven't played FIX in a long time but what is the fastest you have beaten Final Fantasy IX?
Also, what is the fastest you've heard anyone beat the game?
I played through oncwe and beat it in 40 hours, but thats definitely not the fastest. I heard the fastest was like 10 hours, but I for some reason fail to beleive it.

Current RPGs: Final Fantasy XII
13ish hours. Got the Excalibur II, leveled up a bit, and then beat the game. I'm sure I could have done it right after getting the Excalibur II, I just didn't.
you got excalibur II? i could never do that, i have to learn EVERY ability and stuff ans steall all boss items so i take forever
No you don't. You don't need every ability for every battle. Just equip that stuff with the abilities you need for each various battle and you won't have to learn anything really.
yeah, but i can't stand that. if i get a bit of equipment, everyone learns the ability. i dont know why, but i have the need to get everyone every ability
