Yeah it's the Graveyard of Airships. Specifically, the broken propeller on the sides. The Airship can still levitate without them, so it must use them for steering.

I'm going to guess Sacred, because their Gather Power skill works like the Squire's Accumulate, but +2 to attack power instead of +1. Also they can't enter water.

A good guess...but, I don't think there is actually any point in the game where you must fight a sacred. The answer to this riddle fits all lines exactly. Try again!

Also, a squire must HELP the monster use their ability...hmm.....

Is it Triple Bracelet? You have to fight Hyrudras in the Lost Sacred Precincts and you can fight them in an optional battle at Nelveska Temple.
