Its a random encounter enemy. Soul Cage and Dracozombie are incorrect.
I'm going to guess Red Vepal because it absorbs elemental magic, but I don't know about attacks.
Red Vepal doesn't absorb any elements. Normally it is weak to Ice and Wind and is immune to Fire and Earth. After using Scorch it is immune to all elements, but does not absorb them.

Could you give a hint?
HintThis enemy can only be found in one location. It can use a move that causes Silence. It offers 3 AP when defeated.
