It's an expansion card for your computer that allows you to record video from different sources, generally coax.
I use an emulator, but cant seem to take screenshots of PS games.

I vaguely remember that epsxe had a built-in screen capture function? I took several captures with it, at any rate.
It was one of the F keys. Memory wants to say F11, though it might vary based on video plugin used.
Oh, I play on the PS2. Any ideas apart from using a camera?
