It happened again!!!
What are some of the things that appear in a lot of FF games? I'm talking about names, items, weapons, spells, the works. Things like this make every FF home if you've played them all. I know a lot of them have the job change for each character which was kinda cool. Always a pilot named Cid. I'm just asking what have you noticed was in a lot of FF games.

Actually the -ga spells started with FF8 and were added to the remakes
chocobos and moogles have appeared in almost every FF
Biggs and wedge made their first appearance in ffvi and then again in vii, viii and x (not sure about ix, ive never played it)
Tonberry's, Behemoths, Iron giants and Chimaira's/quadrharpies are enemies which have been re-occuring through most ff's

the -ra, -ga, and -ja spell suffixes were in the japanese versions of the game, but extreme letter restriction (in the english ports)prevented them from being used of course. (in the older games)
Bahamut.
Excaliber and blood sword were two weapons I always seached for. Also Crystals!!! A lot of the first generation had to do with gathering crystals shards or cyrstals. chocobos and mogs, the fiends!! going to space, tonberry, ultima/omega weapon. Yeah I could go on and on...

Ragnarok in one form or another
Yeah it was a summon in the ps1 version of six but mostly a sword. In 10-2 it is an accessory, thats really all I know.
Materia was in FF7 and tactics
Ifrit Shiva Ramuth Bahamut Titan Leviathan was in a lot

Carbunkle is in most FF's. Shoat and Golem were in FFV and FFVI
Siren from FFVIII was a boss in FFV
The brothers from VIII appeared in FFV as a random encounter and as a boss (When you defeat the random encounter, he says his brother in the tower will avenge him)
The sisters from FFX were a boss in FFIV
Gogo appears as a boss in FFV and as a character in FFVI
