User CP > Control Panel > Edit Options > Miscellaneous Options > Forum Skin. Or, more conveniently, just check out that tab on the bottom of every page.
Secondly I think that there should be an adult/mature forum where your alowed to post want you want without getting banned-providing it isn't too extreme.
EoFF is a family affair. A family matter, you might say. However, there are a million other Internet communities where you are completely free, if not encouraged, to post something awful. I'd suggest you look into one of those.
