The only issue I have with Emeril is the weird attendance crowd. He's a great engaging chef though, made for TV. Iron Chef is also really fun to watch too. It's amazing how intense it can get.

I'll vote Iron Chef, because it's the cooking show that rekindled my interest in the art.
