Not sarcasm, just trying to point out that people are complaining that a game is coming out on a new system as opposed to dated hardware.
I have a hard time understanding why they didn't just take the wonderswan remake of FFIII and throw it onto a GBA like I and II.
That's probably because there never was a WonderSwan Color remake of FFIII. It never got past the early development phase.
Fun facts taken from WarMECH's domain:
* The WonderSwan Color version was not released because of cartridge size issues.
* Bandai was interested in releasing the WonderSwan Color version after Square decided to not release it.
* Nintendo originally wanted the remake for the Game Boy Advance, but Square had too many things going on at that time.
