You should be able to take him down around Level 50. I'd recommend having Edge trying to steal Dark Matter off of him before you use the Crystal on him, as this will weaken Big Bang, which will do about 1500-2500 damage to your entire party. He'll also use Flare, so use Reflect if you find time to.
