    Same here. I have never actually read a vampire book. Ive browsed through Bran Stokers Dracula, but fantasy is mainly my thing.

    Have read most of them, quite good books but they get old after awhile. And the horrid movie they made from Queen of the Damned makes me sad.

    Originality is good, kids.

    And vampire books arent fantasy?
    Carpe Jugulum by Terry Prattchet. Best vampire book ever.

    Not to me, no.
    Fantasy as in castles, kings, magic, etc. I seen vampire books as horror or gothic genres.

    Well to each their own. The one I mentioned is fantasy. Fantasy is my favourite, but I vary my interest, even to Gothic books.

    couldnt agree with you more!!!! the vapire lestat and queen of the dammned should never have been merged they lost so much storyline, and the casting was dreadful!!!!!
