Song locations?
Does anyone know the locations of all the bard scrolls between levels 20-75? I know that Ballad is earned from Intermediate Teamwork and Hoarde Lullaby is from a Yagudo Drummer, but that's about it...prices of the ones in shops would be nice too, so I can compare between the AH and shops.
