I finally beat Sephy yesterday after trying for 2 years. You only need to pack 1-3 elixirs if you can strike Sephy before he does Sin Harvest. I recommend being level 90-100, having 100 or more h.p, 13 m.p, and really strong. Don't worry about his ultimate attack, it's stupid and doesn't do much damage. In the battle, cast Aeroga, block, dodge, use Ragnarok, Ars Arcanum, and Strike Raid. Finally, Strike AWAY!
And make sure you don't have too many Combo Plus equiped get the right amount so you can do the critical hit before he disappears
