i dont see any particular level that this tactic requires. but if you insist,i guess 50+ should be enough.i mean,ozma would not even last two rounds,its hp being 55000 only.

Oh ok. That's not as bad as I thought. However, when I tried it before he cast mini on everyone which didn't help, and he can kill everyone in one go. I'm guessing Ark Summon would be a good plan too?

Also, since you mentioned it as part of the tactics, how do I get Dragon's crest to do 9999 every time?
