Sephiroth for hardest optional boss
Rikku II for hardest story boss.

The Phantom is another boss that makes me mad. You need to be attentive and have a lot of mp.

I agree with you EE.
I still think that Sephiroth is very hard and i am level 100 i have only defeated him about 5 at most times before. My HP is very high but he can still take away about one sixth of my health with one hit!

Does anyone think the Maleficent dragon is hard, i myself found it easy
Myself I found the dragon not too hard it took me about 3 tries but I was on a low level then, only around 55.
I found Ursula quite hard
I easily defeated Ursula on my first try.
i never understood that element thing
Im only bout lvl 45 vs Dragon.
Ursula, I just used element randomly, it worked occasionly.

You can just hit her. Then dodge. I usually get the hang of the elements before dyin, but sometimes...*sigh*
