    I want a utility that can edit who is in my party, but I have not found any, if you know any, tell me, if not, tell me the hex address for wether or not someboy's in the party...

    In FF2j, you can't cahnge your party. Plot twists require that you only have 4 people available at a time.

    That's not what I mean, I mean with Save State Hacking or Game Genie Codes.

    For FF II? Uh, I haven't heard of any NES save state hacking tool, but this doesn't mean it does not exist.

    Oh, and not NESticle save states, I need .SAV File editors.... so it's not really save states, it's more .SAV File Editor

    I found that one with a Google search, I think you should try it too. It does wonders.
