How in the world...
did Rosa get to Kaipo before Cecil. This is something that has been bugging me for the longest time. I remember hearing, at least in the SNES version, that she was worried about Cecil since the quake. How could she have possibly gotten there if the way to Kaipo from Baron was blocked from the quake.
