Simple. She rode a Chocobo
Vaan - "Hey, you!"
Penelo - "Yeah, you! The one reading this sig at this very moment!"
Vaan - "Interested in playing FFXII International Zodiac Job system?"
Ashe - "But you have no knowledge of the Japanese language?"
Fran - "....We could help...."
Balthier - "That's right, Fran! Just click on Crossblades' thread on the very bottom of this signature and it will show you all license grid translations, magicks and tecks locations, and other changes that were made!"
Basch - "Don't forget though. Swap Magic is needed to play this game if you don't own a japanese PS2."
Vaan - "Also remember that if you played the original, you'll have an easier time playing the international version. We hope you enjoy the International Zodiac Job System experience. See ya then!"

Yes, but Baron only has Yellow Chocobo's so it still wouldn't of gotten her there if the way was blocked by the quake.
Rosa has powers we don't see in the game. It's so obvious. Cecil in the intro casts stuff like Bolt that he will never be able to usa again once you have to control him, so why can't Rosa? :P
In the intro, Cecil just uses items like White Fang, which can be acquired in the main game. He doesn't actually cast any magic.

Given that Cecil begins the game with powerful items, it's possible that Rosa, as a White Mage, might have had access to an Emergency Exit. Alternatively, in story terms, the gap between Rydia's summoning of Titan and the arrival of Cecil and Rydia in Kaipo is indeterminate. One might easily argue that Rosa was able to make the journey, via whatever means, while Cecil was unconscious.

Rosa was probably so annoying at Castle Baron that Cid was more than happy to send her of on an airship. It doesn't bug me as much as the Zot plot, where she cast the Exit spell for the party to escape. You couldn't have done that before Cecil and co. entered the tower so that no one would have to? An old man died because of that trip. Rosa should have cast exit right away. Back to Kaipo, Cecil had to fight a dragon and rescue a child, so they probably got sidetracked with that. Rosa probably just went straight there. (I tried; I have no idea.)
She flew on the wings of tiny bumblebees. She tore the wings off herself, then laughed as the bumblebees cried in anguish. She's a pretty mean person.
