Who's not calm? They just pointed out that it's incredible people are still asking, and it is.
Also, you have to pay a monthly fee to play online, incase you didn't know that either.

Seeing as how this game has been out for years and that it's right there in the forum description that this is an online game, and that it's also in the FAQ, AND it's super easy to search this forum and find the 10358 other threads asking this same question, it really is a remarkable feat that someone could honestly ask this question and expect the regulars of this forum not to be a little flabbergasted.
I mean, honestly. Anyone who posts that question should be given a "No FFXI Forum for me" ban.
