    their making a new one... my guess is, they are making a new silent hill... huh? lol. I have no clue. when I looked at this forum I just saw that it is being made. lol.

    Chris who? was he in past games?

    Its Chris Redfield. Saw him in a few trailers. He has been in I think 2 previous games, 1 and Code:Veronica.

    Yeah I've just been looking at the Wikipedia article, but I'm still not convinced that it's him, as I really don't see much similarity between them. Is there not a chance it could be Billy Coen?

    It's Chris, they just had a really roundabout way of saying so.
    Takeuchi avoided revealing the character's identity, but did mention that the core developers of RE5 include members of the original RE team, and that the character is someone that the developers are fond of.

    When told that the unshaven man looked a bit too old to be Mr. Redfield, Takeuchi said that the Resident Evil timeline has continued on, and the hardware capabilities of the next-generation consoles are finally allowing characters to look as old as they're supposed to.

    Billy Coen's also believed to be dead. And the character in the trailer didn't have the armband tattoo that Mr. Coen did.

    I would like it to be Billy, but the guy really looks like Chris... I am pretty sure it is Chris... It would be cool if it were Carlos too, but I'm pretty sure it's not.
