Before fighting Penance, defeat all Dark Aeons. Armors will be Break HP Limit, Auto-Haste, Auto-Ribbon & Auto-Phoenix/Auto-Protect. HP must be 45-75k, MP at 999, Core stats including luck at 255, sacrifice some Aeons, sacrifice all gil (about 10 million) to let Yojimbo use Zanmato if you are lucky enough, though. You should beat him for about 30-45 mins.

Ya i am...and my characters really havent got good stats...thats the main thing. I would go and run around to get some random battles but im in a bit where you cant do that.

So, before fighting Yunalesca before Penance, you should have 5000-9999 HP, 500-999 MP, core stats at 100, armor with Zombieproof.

You don't want Zombieproof. You need to have some characters in Zombie to prevent Megadeath wiping you out.
Hmm. I have a lowest of around 400 and highest of around 7000 and as for MP i have about 100-700
What's with all the high stats? Is Yunalesca uber-hard on the International version or something? When I beat her, Auron barely broke 3000 hp.
She sure was a challenge...
