Also, a possibly unusual amount of people who have been screwing around for a long time are getting into their final warning zone and then banned. They didn't start at the same time, but I guess as they spent time around one another, their cycles got synchronized. Like with the menses.

I don't really mind if people who constantly break the rules get banned... but shouldn't final warnings expire as "final warnings" after like a year? 'Cause if you only screw up once a year, that's not really that much of a problem

Tell me, why is this considered "strict"?

I think it's mostly the anti-spam policy that's considered strict. Of course, people were complaining about the spam awhile back, but most of what was getting posted then wasn't funny, whereas PiP's FFX-2 threads were mostly hilarious.
