Im gonna have to say Kuja is stronger.
He knows ultima and has 10000's of HP.

Beatrix on the other hand is in your party at points and has about 2000+ hp and attacks for about 1000+ damage.

kuja when you first meet him is just as strong as when you fight him in the pandemonium. hes not as strong as his trance form but would still be able to defeat beatrix.40,000 HP VS 1,300 HP with attacks that do way over the amount of HP beatrix when she joins you. and even if they were real without HP and stat points and things like that, kuja would be much stronger.

If Kuja wore SOME DAMN PANTS! Id go with him. Now, Im used to RPG guys wearing revealing outfits, just look at Albel. But when a guy wears less than the girls in the game, that is cause for concern

Kuja. Even when I first saw him I assumed he was the strong one. The girlier the enemy looks the more scared of them I become. And Kuja looked pretty girlie.
