But dogs are much nicer. So I don't know.
I guess it's dogs as pets, and cats as past-time. Or cans. Cans fly even farther away, and make a nice clashing sound, not the 'spelrcht' or 'crackmeowmeow' sound cats do.
You can also drink from cans.

Cats may fly furthur then most dogs when kicked, but im pretty sure something like a chihuahua would fly just as far, if not further. An I certainly don't condone the needless kicking of cats or dogs, I infact think anyone who does so should be thrown in a cage with a lion or a tiger, etc. An then we'll see how well they fare trying to kick that.
They probably would, but since it's a dog, and dogs are awesome, I wouldn't kick it.
