I just PM'd those who were unconfirmed asking them for "Yes"'s or "No"'s. So we'll soon (with any luck) know who is coming and who isn't on that front. As for the 3 new people, that can be confirmed later of they're coming and if they want to stay in the hotel.

Psy, you need to confirm Baloki because although he's here in spirit, he's not here physically. Plus, he likes you. He generally looks down on my existence. As does every human alive...

HOTEL COST
If the late-comers want the hotel, they can help toward the cost. Most of us have a calculator so it can be sorted out on cost on a shared amount.Because of the small amount, we're only booking 2 rooms at the moment, but that could change with the unconfirmed and the late-comers. Lasuria & kitten are getting their own room the current room costs have gone down for the group. Currently, I calculate it to be:

£70 for each room so...
£140 for 2 rooms.
8 people staying...

140 DIVIDE 8 = 17.5 = £17.50

However, in a alternate universe where ALL the uncomfirmed & late-comers need a hotel for the night, we'll have to get another room. (Minus Baloki) It'll be £14 (210 DIVIDED 15 = 14)

However, THAT never happens so we'll just sit back and find out.

HELPING

Have PM'd PhantomXD bout trains, if I can possibly get the same one as him or meetup with him at one of the connecting train station's then I will do so.

Intresting that Shaun (who we don't even know is coming) manages to be in both mine & Psy's team.
Also, why do I get all the new people?

If you're worried, we're all generally sticking together on this meet-up as one big group. The Team Leaders thing is just the poor man/woman who has to sort out those people in the run up. So those in mine need not fret, you're not gonna be stuck with a 6ft teen with sleeping problems.

I thought it should be Jack because he's the arranger, Me because I am great and Psy because he's been to all the other meet ups and knows his stuff.

I'm only arranging cause your sister is busy and the ball was already rolling. Would have been unfair if I said "screw this stuff" wouldn't it? But thanks for this role.
Plus, I hope Psy knows his stuff cause otherwise he's gonna leave amratis very upset. "Trust me, it's never happened like that before... Give me another chance....We'll pick up from where we left it."
