Usually all my characters are level 99 due to dual-exp eggs and some dino killing.

Highest level would be 99 which is obscenely easy to do if you don't care about stat maxing.
Lowest I'm not sure about, but probably in the low-mid 40's at most.
And my favorite party generally consists of Terra, Edgar, Celes and Sabin.

Level 43 at most. I haven't even bothered to level my characters past 50 yet. Why do that when you can pwn Kefka w/ 8 Ultimas in a row?

99? I just wouldn't have the patience to grind that long to get there. I answer to my own question, mid 40s as well.
It really doesn't require a lot of effort if you're smart about it. I've only ever bothered once, and it's easily done by getting at most three people in the WoR, levelling them individually by the mountains just east of the dinosaur forest. It takes very little time to level all three characters, and all of the enemies pretty much die after about one level two spell once you start getting up in level. And as you get higher you can even level in the dinosaur forest though it's not necessary. It's a few short hours at most to get them to level 99, then you just go get the other characters, and they're all at level 99.Originally Posted by Duncan
The only one who wasn't when I did this though was Gau, so you need to get him last. He was only level 30 for some reason, and I never bothered getting him to 99 since he'd be more of a pain, but if you do it this way, it's rediculously quick and easy to get everyone to level 99. Not that it's actually necessary, but if you want to be able to say you did it, this is the best way I know of.
That's a neat trick, I'll have to try that sometime. Just for fun.
