He isn't seen very much of in the game, and even though he was the cause of many bad things to happen, you have even bigger villains to worry about later in the game, hence you may almost forget about him

He was the one who was responsible for the occupation of Timber, invasion of Dollet and general trouble-making.

He had resistance, but with Sorceress Edea as ambassador he hoped to become mightier

But the pain was doubled
and brought me to end
but not without stealing my role
It turns out Edea doesn't help him, instead she kills him and steals his role as the main villain.
