I'm new to this thread, but wanted to throw out a guess quickly. The last paragraphs seem to suggest to me that the first paragrah has to rearranged (I'm guessing chronologically) and the reference of the first line is the answer. Now I'm only doing this roughly to see if I'm on the right lines but...

The daedal burg, (Lunatic Pandora)
Myself, (Seifer)
Avoidance, (Dodges Odin)
The victim of the preceptor, (Odin is killed by Seifer)
The dilatory assassin, (Gilgamesh turns up afterwards)
and The red saviour (He wears red, and launches an attack at Seifer)

The daedel burg could be Odin's castle place, which would change the scene, but for now I'm guessing Lunatic Pandora.
