Japan. You won't find any of this stuff in North America without EBay. And here, it can be very expensive competing with other people for this stuff.
They should sell more of that in america

There isnt enough demand for it overseas.
You can occasionally find them in America in specialty stores. I know my local Anime Club store sold real ones for quite some time after the game first came out, but they havent had any for quites some time.
