Psychotic didn't create TUTU, Chuck Norris did. He shot lightning bolts out of his hands and roundhouse kicked and made rude gestures at EoFF until this thread was made, but since Chuck Norris is too great to be a member at EoFF, or else the forum would IMPLODE, he let Psy take credit for it.

Come to mention it, I kind of think that was how EoFF ITSELF was made... and the INTERNET.
