I believe Neel means while we are closely related to #eoff, we also provide an intimate alternative for those who are a bit more timid when it comes to involvement in chat. #fat_chocobo is much more welcoming to the shy internet-goer with it's ten or so regulars when compared to the large list of mostly unrecognizable regulars of #eoff. #fat_chocobo is defined by it's number of highly involved forum going chatters who are more accessible to most newbies.
