If I'm a noob do I have to join that noobie thing? Or could I join any other party? This would be the first time I've seen these threads and I'm wondering what they do exactly? I've only been in these forums for quite a while now.

Basically you can choose to join a party, which means come the elections you may be called upon to be part of your parties campaign to vote in each of the forum subgroups. Check the thread about it at the top. And if you want to join the PRM's (and I strongly suggest you do) then repost here to let me know.
