Nominations have been out for some time and I hardly want any of them to win. I mean just looking at some of those up for capital awards. Heath Ledger from 10 things (boring teen movie), Reese Witherspoon from Cruel intentions (don't really like her). There's loads of brilliant actors/actresses who haven't won before and now someone with a pretty face just might beat them to it. Just looking at their filmography (crammed with tons of teen comedy, romcom, prom king-queen tosh) just puts me off the thought of them winning. There never used to be this problem in the earlier modern era. And why isn't Ralph Fiennes up for best actor? If one says that the only reason these youngsters are up for the major honours is because they are much in demand and of age then standards seem to be drooping a little. OK I had my little moan.
