Before I answer this, I want to look at your responses first

    Vaan - "Hey, you!"
Penelo - "Yeah, you! The one reading this sig at this very moment!"
Vaan - "Interested in playing FFXII International Zodiac Job system?"
Ashe - "But you have no knowledge of the Japanese language?"
    Fran - "....We could help...."
Balthier - "That's right, Fran! Just click on Crossblades' thread on the very bottom of this signature and it will show you all license grid translations, magicks and tecks locations, and other changes that were made!"
Basch - "Don't forget though. Swap Magic is needed to play this game if you don't own a japanese PS2."
Vaan - "Also remember that if you played the original, you'll have an easier time playing the international version. We hope you enjoy the International Zodiac Job System experience. See ya then!"

Chrono Trigger if you're going by story, music, etc...

Mario RPG if you're judging by gameplay.

Chrono Trigger beats FFVI by a very slim miniscule bit. But, still enough for me to likes it more.

My top three favorites are Final Fantasy VI, Chrono Trigger, and Secret of Evermore. I voted for Chrono Trigger because its the first one I played.

If Super Metroid was an RPG, it would pwn all others.

    Rye made this!

Just because I feel like being a nit, the following titles cannot be part of this poll because they weren't released for the SNES

    - Final Fantasy V
    - Star Ocean
    - Tales of Phantasia
    - Seiken Desentsu 3
    Figaro Castle

He said SNES era, which means during the time of the SNES... These were released in that time period
