These may be the only ones listed, but Tifa, Cid, and the rest of the group (aside from Nanaki) have also been shown in the trailer, but only for a brief second or two.
EDIT: Also, Vincent is technically 27, or at least physically.

I like your use of the term 'reality' when talking about a fictional character in a videogame. His DoC age depends on how long after FFVII it is set.
Dirge of Cerberus is set one year after Advent Children, which itself is set two years after FFVII. Thus, DC takes place three years after FFVII, and thus approximately 60 years after Vincent was born. As already noted, Vincent's body is physically 27 years old, likely as a result of Hojo's experimentation. His "sleep" does not affect his aging however; he is listed as 27 in both FFVII and AC, despite the fact that Vincent did not return to "rest" in the time between.
As far as the site from which the character information is taken, I can't really recommend it. The information itself, like much of the website it's taken from, is somewhat outdated, and in some cases inaccurate. Yuffie, for example, has been fully confirmed as a definite character by the official website.
Yes it's a fictional character, but you understand what I mean. And Masamune is right, he's sixty by the time of DoC.

well, he only looks like he is in his late 20's but 60? it seems impossible, but i know it to be true...he seems so young, but it shows when he talks about something that is actually a good idea, just no one understands it...but he's usually right...
In the trailers for DoC it said that it was set 1 year after AC...and do you think Lucrecia will be in it? it said that a woman from his past would show up when he encounters DG...something to ponder about..

It isn't set 1 year after AC, it is set 3 years after the events of FFVII. As far as I know the events in AC have no bearing on DoC.
Yes, it is set a year after AC. AC is set two years after FFVII, so that makes DoC a year after AC.
