where do u find the crests and sigils

I was wondering where 2 find the crests and sigils. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HEEEELLLLP???

To summarize:

Wakka's Sigil:
You must win this as a prize in a Blitzball League, but it's only available if you've won his other three overdrives.
Wakka's Crest:
Found in a locker in the Auroch's locker room.
Lulu's Sigil:
Gain this by dodging lightning in the Thunder Plains 200 times in a row without leaving the area. Found in a chest outside Rin's after dodging 200 times.
Lulu's Crest:
Found in a chest at the Farplane.
Auron's Sigil:
Capture a total of 10 races in 10 different areas then speak to the old man at the Monster Arena.
Auron's Crest:
Found in a chest, at the bottom of the Highroad-North
Tidus's Sigil:
Beat the Chocobo Lady's time with 00:00 or better
Tidus's Crest:
Found in a chest at The Beyond after fighting Yunalesca. You go up the stairs then it will appear. (Where you fought Yunalesca)
Rikku's Sigil:
Complete the Cactuar mini-game then the sandstorm north of the Cactuar stone will go away. Down there is a chest with the sigil.
Rikku's Crest:
In a chest found in a sand whirlpool in Sanubia Desert: West
Yuna's Sigil:
Defeat all the Aeons at Reniem Temple
Yuna's Crest:
Capture all the monsters at the Calm Lands at least once then speak to the old man at the Monster Arena.
Kimahri's Sigil:
Catch all the butterflies in both games in Macalania Forest without touching any red ones.
Kimahri's Crest:
Found in a chest by a column after the Seymoir fight at Mt. Gagazet.
