Could someone tell me what am doing wrong? because I can't get episode complete in Kilika and Besaid. Barthello just kneels down outside Dona's house wimpering and Wakka just can't think of a name, help! I need closure.

You simply are not viewing the SphereComm transmissions in chapter 4. You must view the first one for each section in chapter 4 for Besaid, and for Kilika, you must view ALL of them.
Yeah, that would be the reason. I had the same problem. I completed Besaid okay but I forgot to talk to Barthello on the Comsphere at the temple in an earlier chapter. I was thoroughly peeved when the words 'Episode Concluded' came up in Kilika
you have to view the commspheres at the beginning of the chapter and EVERYTIME something happens(scenes with talking or anything) and you have to view them 3 or four times after every scene in the chapter
isn't there anyway to fix this?

I think you have to do something in Luca before going to Besaid...
tis alright *new game plus* or *new game*
Unless you have spare save files from before Chapter 4, you can only complete the game and go through it again. New Game Plus will speed your way.
