Moogles
Chocobos or Moogles?
These two creatures are both synonyms to the Final Fantasy series.
Which do you think symbolizes the series the most?
I personally think the Chocobo is the winner.
Not only has it been in the series longer, but it also plays a larger purpose; and it appears in almost ALL of the games, while Moogles come and go a lot.
Also, it's actually got a frequently used theme, and a really memorable one, indeed:
"DUN, dun-dun-dun-DUN-dun-dun-dun, dun, dun..."

Difinitely Chocobos.... Chocobos have also tended to be more useful overall as well, wether it was worry-free travel accross long distances (although I much preferred to travel around in FF VII with the enemy lure materia, so's I could power-level :evil: ), or finding Items (FF VIII & IX) or providing help during battles (Tactics).
Chocobo's, definately, but why arent they in either of the Movies ???

Chocobos, definitely.
Chocobos are boring. Moogles at least have some talent and ability in them. That, and they are a lot cuter then most FF races..

I got pretty pwnt by a chocobo in kilika in ffx-2. After a couple of the big turtles that knock your hp down low and not thinking a chocobo could do any neat attacks, a chocoflare is really upsetting.
Chocobo's as you interact with them a lot more(apart from FF9 where Moogles are everywhere for your saves)

all this brings up the question: in a battle between every Moogle and every Chocobo which race would win?? I voted for Moogles
I don't even use chocobos in FFsThey look cool and all but moogles are more useful, better looking, fluffy!, and they say "kupo!" all the time.
